Our Speedwatch teams report successes in affecting traffic speeds in Fakenham and surrounding villages, and are looking for more volunteers to expand their cover.  Anyone willing to support this initiative but preferring not to do their own neighbourhood can volunteer for another patch in return for theirs being covered by others.  Please contact 01328 851555 for further details.

The teams have produced some interesting reports and consequences but the full pay back may not be realised for some time owing to the system of monitoring and reporting. Police warnings and follow up action only come into effect after repeat offences reported.
